Baua publishes review of nanomaterial characterisation

Germany’s Federal Institute for Occupational Safety and Health (Baua) has published a literature review on the characterisation of substances at the nanoscale “as background for the regulation” under REACH. The document outlines information requirements of REACH and covers physico-chemical properties of nanoscale substances. It also looks at available methods for characterising relevant properties of nanoscale substances. A copy of the review is available at: Review
