Emissions of nanomaterials during machining processes – information sheet

On 18 March 2013, Safe Work Australia released an information sheet on emissions of nanomaterial during machining processes. This information sheet provides a summary of the key findings from the report on Investigating the emissions of nanomaterials from composites and other solid articles during machining processes. It also provides advice on providing relevant product information and on the choice of workplace controls to minimise the risk to workers’ health.
