New Consultation Paper: Review of Microbiological Criteria

On 16 January, Food Standards Australia New Zealand (FSANZ) released a consultation paper detailing its proposed approach and guiding principles for the stage 2 review of microbiological limits in the Food Standards Code.FSANZ welcomes comments and information on the paper from stakeholders until close of business 27 February 2015.
