Food Standards Australia and New Zealand (FSANZ) are investigating options for primary production and processing requirements for the raw horticultural produce sector. It has developed a new proposal to explore what measures are required to manage food safety hazards associated with fresh produce such as fruits, vegetables, mushrooms, tree nuts and edible flowers.
