Appeal against a compliance check decision dismissed

In case A-006-2017, the Board of Appeal dismissed an appeal against an ECHA compliance check decision on the substance disodium molybdate dihydrate. In the contested decision, the Agency had found that the dose levels used in a pre-natal developmental toxicity (PNDT) study were too low to comply with OECD test guideline 414. The Board of Appeal found that the Agency did not commit an error in finding that the submitted PNDT study or submit an adaptation under Annex XI.
