PACT updated with 5 new intentions for RMOA

ECHA’s website gives advanced notice on the substances being considered by authorities for regulatory risk management, together with the routes that are being considered, for example Harmonised Classification and Labelling (CLP), Authorisation or Restriction. The aim of the advance notice is to increase the predictability and transparency of the process by which substances are considered for regulatory risk management action. The PACT lists the substances for which a RMOA or an informal hazard assessment for PBT/vPvB (persistent, bioaccumulative and toxic/very persistent and very bioaccumulative) properties or endocrine disruptor properties is either under development or has been completed since the implementation of the SVHC Roadmap commenced in February 2013. RMOAs, hazard assessments and their conclusions are compiled on the basis of available information and may change in the light of new information or further assessment
