Reminder: Annex III support available

If you manufacture or import your phase-in substance between 1-10 tonnes per year, you may be able to register it with a reduced set of information, covering only its physicochemical properties. However, a reduced set can only be used if the criteria laid down in Annex III to REACH do not apply. On the European Chemicals Agency website, you can find the Annex III inventory listing substances that are likely to fulfil any of the Annex III criteria, and may need to be registered with the full set of data. There is also a step-by-step checklist that will help you to conclude whether you can benefit from the limited information requirements, and practical examples on the application of the Annex III criteria.
