Eco-friendly method and system for generating gas utilising all kinds of wastes, sludge, human excrements, livestock excrements, food waste and wastewater

This study describes an eco-friendly method for generating gas, which utilises all kinds of wastes, sludge, human and livestock excrements, as well as food waste and wastewater. The title method comprises: (1) mixing all kinds of wastes and sludge each of 20-35 wt.%, crushing into 0.001 mm to 5 cm with a crusher to prepare waste mixture, (2)preparing liquid or powdered limestone 0.1-5 wt.%, (3) adding microorganisms 0.001-2 wt.% and soil 0.1-5 wt.% to food wastes to prepare food waste mixture, and preparing soil 1-5 wt.%, (4) preparing magnesium 0.1-5 wt.% and hydrogen peroxide 0.1-5 wt.%, (5) preparing wastewater generated in all kinds of industrial spots for producing drink, wine or food 0.1-5 wt.%, (6) preparing waste oil generated in an automobile or ship engine, or waste oil generated in an industrial machine 0.1-5 wt.%, (7) preparing fluidal waste generated in a water purification plant or a sewage disposal plant 0.1-10 wt.%, (8) preparing low-grade carbon such as muck generated in a coal mine 1-10 wt.%, and (9) preparing leachate generated in a metal or non-metal mine 0.01-5 wt.%. The method further comprises: (10) composing a gas generation inducing tank including waste mixture supporting bars for stacking waste mixture receiving places in multiple layers, a leachate collecting tank, a processing tank, a liquid collecting port, a supporter for a solar power generator, a heating line for heating the liquid collecting port so as to increase gas generating efficiency of various materials stacked in the gas generation inducing tank, a switch device, an underwater motor, a discharge tube, a liquid spray device, a chimney, a heat generator, a through hole, cloth or non-woven fabric, a gas capture port, and a gas collection port, (11)stacking the waste mixture 80-95 wt.%, the liquid or powdered Limestone 0.1-5 wt.%, the low-grade carbon 1-10 wt.%, the leachate 0.01-5 wt.%, the soil 1-5 wt.%, the magnesium 0.1-5 wt.%, the hydrogen peroxide 0.1-5 wt.%, the food waste mixture 25-35 wt.%, the fluidal waste 0.1-10 wt.%, the wastewater 0.1-5 wt.%, and the waste oil 0.1-5 wt.%, and (12) staking the waste mixture receiving places in the gas generation inducing tank in multiple layers, heating the gas generation inducing tank to 20-300°C using the heat generator so as to promote fermentation, material explosion and material catalyst functions of the wastes to produce gas. The gas generated in the waste disposal process is collected and used as fuel.
