Method and apparatus for enrichment of firedamp from ventilation air methane of coalmines based on adsorption tower exhaustion end vacuum-pumping discharge process

The invention is characterised in enriching methane by vacuum pressure swing adsorption, and proceeding vacuum-pumping discharge during the adsorption process. The adsorbent used for vacuum PSA comprises zeolites, activated carbon and metal-organic frame material. The vacuum PSA process comprises boosting, adsorbing, pressure equalising, vacuum-pumping discharge, vacuum pumping, and pressure equalising. The title application comprises a blower, an admission buffer tank, a first admission control valve, a second admission control valve, a first vacuum pumping control valve, a second vacuum pumping control valve, a first adsorption tower, a second adsorption tower, a first discharge gas control valve, a second discharge gas control valve, a first pressure equalizing control valve, a second pressure equalising control valve, a first vacuum-pumping discharge control valve, a second vacuum-pumping discharge control valve, a third vacuum-pumping discharge control valve, a check valve, a discharge gas buffer tank, a discharge gas flow regulating valve, and a vacuum pump. The invention realises the utilisation of firedamp in ventilation air methane, and reduces the greenhouse gas discharge. The invention also can be used for enrichment of other gases containing rich methane, carbon dioxide, CO, etc. strong adsorption components.
