Method for the treatment of ecomodified atopic dermatitis in children residing in the area affected by anthropogenic hazardous chemicals

In this study, the authors disclose the method for the treatment of ecomodified atopic dermatitis in children residing in the area affected by anthropogenic hazardous chemicals. The invention refers to medicine, particularly to dermatology and can be used for the treatment of atopic dermatitis in children residing in the areas of technogenic hazardous chemical environments with increased risk of contamination. The method involves standard base therapy together with daily i.v. drop-by-drop administration of cytoflavin at the dose of 1 mL per 10 kg of child’s body weight, dissolved in 150-200 mL of 0.9 % sodium chloride solution at the rate of 30-40 drops per min for 3-7 days. Method provides higher clinical effectiveness ensured by reduced intensity of systemic inflammatory process in the body, improved metabolic processes, activates enzymic cascade system, normalises immunogram values.
