The title micro-discharge energy-saving high-pressure engine master part apparatus comprises a high-pressure cylinder, a piston, a high-temperature tail gas input pipe, a low-temperature off gas exhaust pipe, a low-temperature air input pipe, an air filter, an engine gas inflow pipe for introducing high-temperature air into engine, a silencer, an inner pipe porous medium waste heat recovery heat-accumulating body pipe, an inner layer porous medium heat-accumulating body, an outer pipe porous medium waste heat recovery heat-accumulating body pipe, an outer layer porous medium heat-accumulating body, a high temperature combustion deashing electric heating bar, an electric heating high temperature combustion controller, a power supply, an air compressor, a high-temperature tail gas filter, an exhaust gas turbocharger, a high-energy fuel high-temperature preheating input pressure conveyor, a high-energy fuel high-temperature preheating input control system, a water emulsion combustion additive tank, a combustion additive pump, a combustion additive input control system, an atomising cooling pressure jet device, and water emulsion combustion additives. The micro-discharge energy-saving high-pressure engine master part apparatus is used for energy-saving engine.
