Consultation on harmonised classification and labelling

The European Chemicals Agency (ECHA) is looking for comments on the harmonised classification and labelling proposals for (RS)-1-{1-ethyl-4-[4-mesyl-3-(2-methoxyethoxy)-o-toluoyl]pyrazol-5-yloxy}ethyl methyl carbonate; tolpyralate (EC -; CAS 1101132-67-5). It is an active substance used in plant protection products as an herbicide. It has no existing harmonised classification and labelling in Annex VI to CLP. Comments are invited on physical hazards (explosive, flammable solid, self-heating substances, oxidising solids, corrosive to metal) and on human health and environment hazard classes except aspiration hazard and hazardous to the ozone layer.
